The Body Reset
A body that learned to brace holds tension you stopped noticing years ago. This short, quiet session isn’t a workout in the usual sense — it’s slow breath and gentle movement, giving your body a small, repeated experience of being safe and strong. Nothing here should hurt. Nothing here is a test.
🔥 Warm-up
Slow Sighing Breaths
WatchTwo short breaths in through the nose, one long slow breath out. The long exhale is a direct signal to your nervous system that it can stand down.
Easy Walk in Place
WatchSoft and unhurried. You’re not warming up for anything — you’re just arriving.
⚡ Workout
Cat–Cow
WatchMove with your breath, eyes soft. Let the spine remember it can move without guarding.
Open-Book Twists
WatchLying on your side, open the top arm slowly like a book. Breathe into the chest and shoulders — they hold more than you think.
Supported Squat Hold
WatchHold a doorframe or counter and sit back gently. Feel your legs carry you — quiet evidence of strength.
Wall Push Hold
WatchHands on a wall, push gently and steadily. Strong doesn’t have to be hard.
🧘 Cool-down
That’s the whole thing — and doing it counts. Movement doesn’t erase what happened, but done gently and repeated, it gives your body new evidence: that it can feel strong, and that it’s allowed to soften. If today felt heavy, talking to someone is a strength too.
That was Day 1 — a taste
Want your own plan — and a real coach in your corner?
The plan is where it gets personal — built around your body, adapting as you go, with a real coach checking your progress. Here’s what that gives you:
Built around your body
Your result, goals, injuries and equipment shape every session — not a generic list.
It progresses every week
Three phases across 90 days that get harder as your body adapts. No guessing what comes next.
A real coach in the loop
Your coach reviews your logged sessions and adjusts the plan as you go — a real person, not an algorithm.
Progress you can see
We re-check your result along the way, so you watch it actually move.
